As a candidate for State’s Attorney, my commitment is to the Constitution, the rule of law, and delivering justice fairly and without politics.
I want to be clear — I was previously a registered Republican. But after Donald Trump and the events of January 6th, I could no longer be part of a party that failed to stand up for the Constitution and the peaceful transfer of power.
I didn’t change my values — I’m standing by them.
As a prosecutor, I believe in one fundamental principle: no one is above the law. Justice must be applied fairly, facts must matter, and public trust must be earned through integrity and accountability.
That’s why I became a Democrat — because I believe in defending our democratic institutions, protecting the rule of law, and ensuring that justice is never influenced by politics.
I know I’m not alone. Across Anne Arundel County and Maryland, many people came to the same conclusion — that standing up for the Constitution matters more than party labels.
This campaign is about justice, integrity, and the rule of law — period.
